"Tina represented us as buyers. We had a long-distance move fraught with issues on our sell side. Tina hung with us through that with patience, kindness and understanding. "Tina took over for our regular agent who was on vacation, as we had only a very short time window to buy. In addition, we were going to have to close the transaction over a long distance. She handled everything smoothly, from showing through closing, accommodating our difficult schedule, and keeping in constant communication with updates and details.
